"How To Become A Pro Cyclist" Book & Podcast = 😂🤓😳

If you want purely information with a tiny bit of entertainment and stories/examples from how the pros do it to make it easier to understand and implent into your own training, these courses are for you.

School For Cyclists, Details & Protocols + World Tour Secrets = 🤓🤓🤓

Courses = 80% Information, 20% Stories/Examples.

If you want more information, how to's and step by step guides to coach yourself with information and guidance from the best riders and coaches in the world, these courses are for you.

These Courses Were Originally Never Supposed To Be Public.

I originally made these courses just for myself, to help me keep chasing my athletic dreams.

I've been incredibly fortunate to have so much access to so many of the best riders and coaches in the world and I didn't want to forget all I learned from them.

Dense sports science translated and taught at a 5th grade reading level.

"explain this to me like I'm 13 years old"

That's how these courses are taught, to make it fun to learn and easy to digest.

I understand the content better when I pretend I'm teaching it to a 13 year old kid. So I made a course for each topic and included everything I'd ever learned, tried or asked a question about on that topic. By teaching it, I understand it better and then I never forget it.

Enough people asked for this type of content, so now they're available to everyone in two sizes depending on how much help you want/need.

School For Cyclists is the smaller bundle of 4 courses covering 4 categories to help you coach yourself.

Details & Protocols + World Tour Secrets is everything and a much bigger and more extensive version of School For Cyclists.

As with everything I make, they all come with a 100% money back Guarantee. If they weren't totally worth it, just say the word and tell me how I can make it right. If you want your money back, no problem. If there's something else I can do instead, tell me and I'll do my best.

I just hope you love it and I hope it helps. I made these for me, to help me chase my dreams, I hope they can help you as well.

Reviews

How to Become a Pro Cyclist was fantastic, and the same goes for Jack’s new series, School for Cyclists.

As I write this, I’m still working my way through the different units, because the research and knowledge Jack has captured is extremely in-depth and well-explained.

Despite the huge amount of information in the courses, it is helpfully spoon-fed to the audience in easy-to-digest and engaging videos.

Since every rider is different and sports science isn’t always black and white, I really appreciate that so many different scientists’, coaches’ and cyclists’ perspectives have gone into this course.

From debating whether to do your intervals at the start or end of a ride, wondering about the effect of heat on carb tolerance, questioning how to set goals or deciding if you should buy an altitude tent, these courses offer great insight and knowledge to help you reach the next level in your performance.

I am excited to make my way through the remainder of the courses!

A key takeaway from all this content for me is to take inspiration from as many different sources as you can, then find what works for you.

Jack has created an incredibly universal guide specific to high level cyclists combining information from so many of the best coaches and riders.

All the complicated science stuff made simple and applicable.

So good, go get it 🤘

Nickolas Zukowsky

Jack is one of the guys with one of the hardest heads and biggest engines I have known in the peloton.

When we went for a 5h ride on Training Camp, good chance that he had done already 4h before and an hour after.

This engine and hard head brought him very far, but also made sure he bumped into a dead end road many times. But he always turned back and tried something else.

In Jack’s newest book you hear in a very pleasant anecdotal way, how he bumped his head, learned from it and grow from it. Asking, listening and laying all the pieces in every puzzle of each important pillar in cycling together with experts and pro’s, he even brought a very helpful bunch of courses where every person in the cycling or endurance world could learn from and should listen to if they want to improve.

Jack is a gem, so is his complete artwork.

School For Cyclists is absolutely awesome!

Imagine to have the best knowledge from world tour cycling made simple and easy to understand even for somebody who hasn’t a good english.

I think it can help every kind of cyclist: the beginner, the amateur who wants to improve, the young who is trying to make the big step, and everybody.

Also I have to say something about Jack!! He is so kind, every time I had something to ask he was helpful, and his way to write and to talk make everything understandable and interesting!

You definitely should try School For Cyclists (and of cours also how to become a pro cyclist), because if you like cycling and you like to improve yourself it is like the best tool box to build yourself!!”

I’m about 1/2 way through Details & Protocold + World Tour Secrets. I recommend this to any cyclist from the recreational enthusiast to the competitive amateur to the professional.

I fall into the middle category - competitive amateur.

These courses are comprehensive. Jack is an outstanding lecturer and podcast interviewer. The format of his educational lectures, followed by snippets from podcasts discussing the topic with experts - ie real world trainers and pro cyclists - is perfect.

Each time I finish a topic I am motivated to get out on my bike and apply what I’ve learned. There is always some actionable knowledge I glean.

I am a coached cyclist, and supplementing what I learn from my coach with Details & Protocols adds synergy to my training.

It clarifies why I do (or don’t do!) various things. Coaching is an investment in me. Details & Protocols + World Tour Secrets is well worth beyond its cost of couple of months of coaching!

I am looking forward to getting through the rest of the topics as I continue my training and educational journey in my own cycling career.

Thank you Jack!!

School for Cyclists, and anything Jack has written for that matter, is exactly the kind of thing I've been looking for for years.

There seems to be a lack of anything beyond the very basics in lots of these areas on the internet, so Jack's courses have been a godsend.

Not only is it the cutting edge of the world of cycling training, it's written in Jack's friendly, down-to-earth style, which breaks down even the most complicated training science into great analogies that really help to get your head around the concept.

I'd really recommend it to anyone looking to truly understand cycling performance and how to apply the ideas - Mattie

School For Cyclists is a great resource for gaining knowledge on various important topics for cyclists.

With so much information out there, these topics can be tricky to figure out. But Jack has collected all the information for you.

Each course covers a specific topic and makes it easy to understand while still providing detailed insights to ensure you get all the information you need.

These courses are amazing. Everything is explained so detailed and step by step which makes it such a good guideline for (young) athletes who want to improve their training and everything arround it.

Especially if an athlete isn’t raised up in a family with parents that used to race or train.

The books are also so helpful for aspiring kids to make it easier to understand and follow.

I prefer to watch the videos over the audio books but both are awesome.

After knowing Jack for 3 years now and listening to his podcasts on a daily basis I was blown away by these courses!

This bundle covers everything you need to know about different topics and for me it left no questions unanswered.

It's like a lexicon but more structured.

The knowledge I gained through these videos is massive and it will for sure help me be a better cyclist.

If you are also a cycling nerd and want to know what the best in the world do to get better, this is perfect for you!

As a 16-year-old, aspiring cyclist, I was super excited when I came across Jack’s first book

which is full of so much valuable advice and tons of incredible stories which certainly fuelled the fire, to get me training more than ever!

So, after reading/listening to Jack’s first book 3 times, (yes, it is that good) I was eager to discover his latest masterpiece – ‘School For Cyclists’

With four new courses, covering very important areas to the sport such as: weight management, goal setting, altitude training and why you might not be performing as well in races as you are in training.

There's more detail than you can find anywhere else on the internet.

The information is given in a clear and easy to understand step by step format.

Also, with the BookFunnel app, the clearly labelled chapters allow you to easily go back and re-listen whenever you want.

As well as his knowledge he has included insightful bonus sections from his podcasts where he chats to the best riders and coaches in the world.

Please continue to share your knowledge through books and podcasts, these are brilliant.

Thanks to Jack‘s amazing ability to convey super useful information about training and racing with the right amount of humour and energy, I‘m almost looking forward to long indoor endurance sessions now. Simply because I can finish another chapter or two!

On top of that, Jack‘s also an amazing human being and has been kind and helpful on numerous occasions. So wether you buy it because you want to become a better athlete, or just for entertainment, it‘s worth every penny!

I thoroughly enjoyed Jack's first book, so when the opportunity to dive into his latest project arose, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.

Jack has truly outdone himself this time. He dives even deeper into the topics, making these books you'll want to take notes on.

Fortunately, Jack has anticipated that need as well. The accompanying video and audio versions are so engaging that you hardly realize you're absorbing valuable information.

His dedication to detail, having verified everything with professionals and presenting it in clear, accessible language, shines through. These books deserve a solid 5 stars!

Whether you are an aspiring professional or simply a passionate cyclist, School for Cyclists is a practical guide that certainly will level up your legs!

Jack, who’s a seasoned rider himself, does a great job combining his personal experience with the knowledge of other pro cyclists, coaches, and field experts that he interviews on his podcast and the result is a complete guide with advice that’s simple to follow and actually useful.

The presentation of School for Cyclists is casual and friendly, making it feel less like a stiff instruction manual and more like having a chat with a buddy who’s been riding forever and knows all the tricks.

His tips are straightforward and delivered in a way that’s down-to-earth and totally free of pretentiousness.

Whether you’re weekend warrior or training for a race, the information is realistic and directly applicable, allowing cyclists to see immediate improvements.

From professional to enthusiast, the School for Cyclists is a fantastic resource for cyclists of every level!

I live a busy life: Husband, Father of 6 kids, full-time career, and amateur cyclist. This doesn’t leave much extra time; this is where school for cyclists comes in.

I have yet to find a better one-stop shop for information about cycling training, nutrition, and overall tips and tricks than School for Cyclists offers.

Being on a time-crunched schedule often makes listening to Jack and his guests' insights very convenient, and Jack does a fantastic job laying the information out in an organized, easy, and fun way that makes the information entertaining and valuable at the same time.

I love hearing from Jack and the multitude of other cyclists who share their insights on his subjects. It’s encouraging to listen to what others are doing and what works and doesn’t so that I can streamline my progress on and off the bike.

Overall, I give this Five Stars!

I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a solid resource when it comes to bettering themselves on the bike.

The content a great resource for learning whether you are a beginner, advanced or professional cyclist, as it's involved different aspects with different experiences from the highest pro level cyclists and coaches.

Jack, you are a machine, great job!

Fantastic courses to discover about training and the world around cycling.

My indoor training thanks because of the audiobook versions as well 😊

I have only listened to the audio-version of the Cyclists Body Blueprint so far but as a rider who really has struggled (and probably still does) with dialing in the nutrition, I think it gave some very insightful thoughts and easy-to-apply principles that seem to work almost by themselves (instead of “strategies” that just seem to wear you out mentally).

It has definitely freed up some mental space throughout my every day life. And I still down a whole bucket of icecream now and then - now its just without the mental worries.

So if you are an athlete who is struggling with nutrition, let it be physically or mentally, I’d recommend listening to the book right away. Even if the price had not included the 3 other courses - the interviews with the pros makes for a sweet cherry on the cake.

As someone who had already read How to Become a Pro Cyclist, I was excited to take this course as an extension of the book.

The book itself gave me a lot of motivation, but the course has been an invaluable tool in my journey, especially as I prepared for the World Championships.

The structured guidance, particularly in the diet and weight loss section, was exactly what I needed to take my training to the next level.

For a beginner, this course covers all the essentials clearly and thoroughly. It breaks down complex topics into understandable steps, making it incredibly useful for those just starting out or looking to gain more knowledge.

The insights into diet, training strategies, and mindset really helped deepen my understanding and prepared me both physically and mentally.

This course has been more than worth it, and I’d recommend it to anyone aspiring to be serious about cycling.

The School For Cyclists bundle is full of great advice and valuable information that you can hardly find on the internet.

The two courses I liked the most were the altitude training and the psychology one.

Using all the details and tips from Jack's course, you can make sure that you can get the most out of your future altitude training camp.

The psychology course was full of good examples of how to set your mind free. We sometimes forget how much our mind has an impact on our performance and this course can help you develop the mental tools needed to not only become a great athlete, but also help you throughout life's challenges.

I would highly recommend for anyone who is trying to better themselves.

The School for Cyclists is exactly what it sounds like – a school for cyclists. Whether you're a washed up rider like myself, or a junior seeking advice on how top cyclists train, these books are tailored for you.

Jack skillfully combines his personal experiences with insights from interviews and additional content featuring leading sports scientists, coaches, and athletes. He presents it all in a way that is both easy to understand and implement into your own training.

These books combine key information that every cyclist needs to know.

Lets start with goal setting. What do you aim to achieve? Is that goal ambitious? Fantastic! Now, let's create a plan to reach it or at least outline steps to work towards it. Do you need help with your nutrition? Let’s follow simple steps to make your diet healthier and fuel your training. Next what about altitude training. Is training at higher elevations advantageous? When should you go to altitude, and for how long? Finally, why am I pushing my best watts in training? Why can't I replicate that in races? All of this advice (+ more) is contained in this 4 part series.

Get out of your own way and get this series, it will be the kickstart you need to achieve your best results in 2025. Thanks Jack for putting all your years of work into these books.
